Documentation/Quality Assurance Nurse (11-17-2008)

The Documentation/Quality Assurance Nurse performs systematic analysis of medical records throughout the agency to assure compliance with all federal and state regulations as well as assure internal standards of practice and HospiceCare policies and procedures. Two-three years hospice nursing preferred. Knowledgeable of Medicare, Medicaid and State of Colorado rules and regulations and hospice standards of practice. Current Colorado RN or LPN license required.

RN - Team (12-16-2008)

Full-time M-F day shift position, responsible for providing nursing services to patients and families in the home hospice program. Provides direct patient care, collaborates with the other members of the care team and with other health care providers in various care settings. 1-2 years of experience in a setting that delivers end-of-life care required. Current Colorado RN license required.

CNA (11-26-2008)

Part-time (.6) - Monday and Tuesday - 9pm - 9am for HospiceCare Plus Program, providing one-on-one care to patients residing in homes and nursing homes. Current Colorado CNA license required.
